This is really awesome. I love how you changed the cover image from a starfish to a spider taking the other part of the title. i also like the background color its more creative than the original white cover.The lettering with the image inside it is my favorite part of the cover. the only thing i would change is the brown color in the ST and part of the A of starfish doesn't seem like it fits with the other browns in the cover. Good job.
Your cover is so much better then the original. The original is plain and boring. I know the old saying "you can't judge a book by it's cover" but just by comparing the two covers, I would pick up your copy first. It looks more appealing to me. The only part I'm not too crazy about it the image behind the F and I. Due to the wording, I can't tell what the image is. But other then that, GREAT JOB!
I like it too. Do not strech your fonts. Find a bold condensed font to begin with. Look at the horizontals of the word "starfish". They are too fat. Try impact. Jon
